Form 5500 Filing Deadline ExtendedThe
U.S. Department of Labor (DOL) has
automatically extended the 1999 ERISA Form 5500 filing deadline to October
16, 2000, for plans with due dates on or before July 31. (USDL News
Release 00-16). Plans with due dates
after July 31, to get an extension, must file form 5558.
